Norman Harris, Executive Vice President

Norman is unsurpassed in the field of real estate management and commercial leasing, with over twenty five years experience in the negotiation, interpretation and auditing of leases. As the Chief Financial Officer of The Minskoff Organization, a fifty-year old national real estate owner/manager based in Manhattan, he made leases and helped run office buildings. He formulated and supervised the billing of all lease-related charges, including, the operating cost, real estate tax, porter’s wage and utility charges. He was an audit manager in the public accounting firm of Laventhal and Horwath and prior to that was at Ernst & Young.
